The rooms were very fancy, it was spotless and huge venue. The staff was apologetic, they showed us what attentive service is supposed to be like. Surprising hotel in New York City, unique location walking distance from Music Box Theatre.

The venue was impeccably clean & reasonably spacious. I loved that the room was terrific and splendid. For breakfast there were fruit, cakes, boiled eggs, pastries and meats. Very early check-in and good service.

This hotel was well worth a visit and I greatly enjoyed it. Caring staff, secure area and marvellous view from the room. Central location, not too far from a towering Neo-Gothic church.

The service was friendly, the staff was knowledgeable, great value. The bed was large and all in all the room was quiet. I liked the outstanding food they offered. Super position: 5 minutes' walk to the metro.

Superb location and food, fine beds. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it. I used wake up calls and ironing, it's free too. As I noticed, working of free wifi throughout the property was OK😀
